Embark on a culinary journey with our exclusive Thai cooking class and dinner package!
Led by our Board Members Patti Harrison and Ian Lombard, you’ll master five unique Thai dishes
(including the best peanut sauce you could ever imagine!) and learn a few tips along the way.
On Saturday, September 21, 2024, you’ll kick off the evening with a beautiful 2008 Veuve
Clicquot "La Grande Dame" Brut Champagne before heading into the kitchen. You’ll then be
guided through each dish with insights around ingredients and techniques. After the hands-on
cooking experience, we’ll dine together and each creation will be paired with exceptional wines
from Ian’s cellar, carefully selected to complement every dish.
Each guest will receive a personalized apron to wear during our culinary adventure (and to
take home as a souvenir!), along with printed recipes for recreating the dishes at home.
