Accompanied by hosts, Jay and Tonia Mason, all couples will be driven to dinner at Bend’s hottest new restaurant: BOSA, a restaurant featuring Italian and French specialties, including freshly made pasta and other farm-to-table ingredients. With dinner, you will enjoy a special selection of Burgundy from the Mason's Cellar.

The name “BOSA” comes from a town in the Sardinia region of Italy, which bears a striking resemblance to Bend. Their menu offers seasonally driven cuisine with the best local ingredients from the Pacific Northwest and European specialty purveyors. Chef/Owners William and Nate have worked at restaurants all over the country, such as Hotel Jerome, The Little Nell and Cache Cache in Aspen, which is where they met.

After dinner, your room awaits at the nearby Oxford Suites. The next morning, your flight will return you to the Aurora airport.

Only four couples will get to experience this once-in-a-lifetime Grand Cru Bordeaux wine dinner hosted by Matt Felton on Friday, September 9, 2022.

The evening will feature an unbelievable selection of First Growth Bordeaux including multiple vintages of Lafite, Latour, Mouton, Haut Brion, La Mission Haut Brion and Leoville Las Cas.

All wines served will come from world class vintages with age such as 1959, 1978, 1982, 1989, and 1990. The wines will be complimented with a fully catered, multi coursed steak inspired meal in a beautiful setting on Oswego Lake.  For those loving white Burgundy the first course will be served according with a Coche Dury from Matt's cellar.
